                         Richard P. Urchell – PLS
                            Senior Land Surveyor

Rick joined Landmark in 1983.  He is experienced in all aspects of Land
surveying.  Rick began his career as a Rodman. This was followed by his
 transition to Crew Chief and then Survey Technician. Rick received his
 professional license in 1995. Using his extensive knowledge of the
principals and practices of Land Surveying, Rick performs analysis of field data and topographic information to prepare various surveys. Rick researches previous survey evidence, maps, deeds, physical evidence and other records to obtain data needed for survey interpretation.  He coordinates findings with the work of engineers, architects, clients, and parties associated with project. Rick is the final phase of our quality assurance process.

Brad E. Hensley, PE
Business Director/Director of Engineering

Brad has been a member of the Landmark team of professionals since 1999. Recently Brad has accepted additional responsibilities in the challenging role of Business Director for Landmark.  Brad provides structure and leadership to management and support staff. Brad is a Civil Engineering professional with department and project management experience.  Brad has been responsible for project site geometrics, grading, utility layout and design, hydraulic, hydrology analysis and design for industrial, commercial, institutional and residential development.

                                   Shawn T. Bentley
                    Field Supervisor/Geometric Control
Shawn joined Landmark in 1999.  He is responsible for planning, organizing
and directing work of the survey parties. Shawn calculates and prepares land
 title surveys, topographical surveys, legal descriptions, notes and boundary,
plats, subdivision, and geometry calculations.  Shawn participates in pre-survey
 planning meetings with project manager, resident engineer and contractor
 representative.  He assigns and monitors all of Landmarks field work. Shawn
 provides instruction and training for the field survey crews in mapping methods, laser scanning as well as oversees field crew safety procedures.
